Most contractors will not tell you what anything costs until they are in your house. Here is a selected extract of our price list.

What the warranty does not cover:
- Misuse
- Alterations by third parties
- Fixtures supplied by the client
- Consumables such as bulbs and LED drivers
Coverage
Two years from the date of handover, covering defects in the installation itself: loose connections, incorrect wiring, and points that fail under normal use. Does not cover misuse, alterations by other parties after handover, fixtures or materials supplied by the client, or consumables such as bulbs and LED drivers. A third year of coverage can be added for 10% of the total quotation value.
Payment and quotes
50% deposit on confirmation, balance on completion, by PayNow or FAST transfer only. Quotes are valid 30 days and may be revised after that based on prevailing costs.
Changes on site
Work is limited to what is listed in the confirmed quotation. Anything extra requested on site is priced separately and confirmed with you over WhatsApp before we proceed, never added to your bill without your knowledge.
Site conditions
Quotations assume standard conditions. Extensive rewiring, deep hacking or drilling, and restricted access such as high ceilings or confined spaces may carry additional charges, agreed before work begins.
Your responsibilities
Supplying any fixtures, switches or faceplates beyond our standard inclusions, obtaining MCST or management approval where required, and clearing the work area before we start.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Free rescheduling with at least 72 hours notice. Cancelling within 48 hours of the scheduled date forfeits the deposit.
Liability
Our liability is limited to fixing the defective work or refunding the value of the affected scope, whichever is lower. We are not liable for consequential losses such as loss of use, business interruption, or damage arising from pre-existing site conditions.
Pricing changes
We may update the items, prices and terms in our price list at any time without prior notice. The version current when you accept a quotation is the one that applies to your job.

Work quality is good and the electrician clearly knows what he is doing. Only thing is I had to reschedule once because they were tied up at another site, so give them some buffer if your timeline is tight. When he came, the job was neat and he explained what he was doing along the way. Would still use them again.

Questions homeowners ask.
HDB units are wired using surface trunking rather than conduit hidden in the wall. It is faster to install, does not require hacking, and is the standard approach for HDB flats. Concealed wiring is possible but usually only during a full renovation before wall finishes go on.
Surface wiring runs in trunking on top of the wall and costs less, since no hacking is needed. Concealed wiring is set into the wall itself for a cleaner look, at a higher cost, and usually has to happen before wall finishes go on. HDB units default to surface wiring unless you specifically ask for concealed.
No. Our prices cover installation only. You supply the actual light fittings, bulbs and fixtures.
Works that affect common property or require hacking may need MCST approval. This is the homeowner's responsibility to obtain. We can tell you what the work involves so you can check with your MCST before we start.
Yes, a minimum callout applies to small fixes such as a single loose connection. If a job turns out to need less work than expected, you only pay the minimum, not the original estimate.
We quote based on what you tell us and any photos sent beforehand. If something extra comes up once we are there, we will explain it and confirm the added cost with you over WhatsApp before doing it, never after.
Yes. Electrical work is usually one part of a larger renovation timeline. Tell us your ID or main contractor's schedule and we will fit our works around it.
Message us on WhatsApp with what happened. If it is covered under the two year workmanship warranty, we will assess and repair it at no charge.
Yes. A third year of coverage can be added for 10 percent of your total quotation value, arranged at the time you confirm the job.
